Training

The Child Bereavement Charity (CBC) devises and delivers tailor made training for those whose work involves contacts with families experiencing loss.

Our range of courses and workshops has been specifically designed at the request of teams working with families in a diverse range of settings, including healthcare, emergency services, police and coroners' services, social care, education and the voluntary and charitable sectors. In particular, the charity aims to work in partnership with Children and Young People's Trusts to provide bereavement training as part of their workforce development programme, in line with "Every Child Matters".

CBC provides unique learning, underpinned with an in-depth understanding of the support professionals need when working in this demanding area of care.
