Charity of the Year

Please nominate us as your Charity of the Year!
Many companies, branches or offices now have a Charity of the Year.  Nominating the Child Bereavement Charity as your Charity of the Year is a great way to help us support bereaved families and children, AND for your whole staff team to have some fun together!  In addition it may make staff a little more aware and comfortable dealing with bereavement issues.

Charity of the Year Activities : -

• foster team spirit by giving a very positive feel to company social events
• boost staff morale because doing something good makes people feel good
• helps staff to see the company as an employer that cares
• offers great opportunities for PR good news stories
• indicate to the local community that your company is a good citizen and a nice place to work.
• should be FUN!!!

Grundons have made us their charity of the year 2008.  Grundon Waste Management are the largest privately owned waste company in the UK.  The company is well respected nationally for its professionalism and is acknowledged to be in the vanguard of waste management practice and innovation.

Honda UK have made us their charity of the year 2008 .  They are a car manufacturer and have currently donated £2000 to CBC.

South African Airways UK staff have made us their charity of the year for 2008 / 2009.  They have donated £521 to CBC so far.
