Flora London Marathon 2008 Results

......CBC was most fortunate to have another fantastic team of runners participating in this year's marathon and it was yet again an incredible day for all involved!  A complete contrast to last years scorching weather - our runners kept on running through rain and hail stones!

We would like to offer huge congratulations and an even bigger THANK YOU to all our runners who ran on Sunday 13^th April to raise money for the Child Bereavement Charity.  We would like to extend our thanks to Crabtree and Evelyn who kindly donated a 60 seond fix kit for feet pack for each of our runners.

"Well my fourth marathon is now over and apart from the rain, hail and being passed by a womble and a guy running with an ironing board on his back I had a great time. It was a pleasure running and raising money for the Child Bereavement Charity and although I said never again I am already thinking maybe just one more!"
