The Child Bereavement Charity recently collaborated with Radio 4's children's programme "Go4It" to create a bereavement special for children, which generated the biggest and most positive response that the programme has ever had. Three children who have been supported by CBC - Jack, Chloe and Anna featured heavily on the programme, interviewing Children's Laureate Michael Rosen, reviewing a number of bereavement-related children's books and talking about their own experiences of grief and loss.
The BBC's Feedback programme had this to say about the response: "Occasionally a programme spurs the Radio 4 audience into sending us nothing but praise and Sunday 9th March's edition of Go 4 It, which featured children talking about their experiences of bereavement was one of them."
Because of the overwhelming interest in the programme, they have made it available as a one-off download - click here to hear it: https://mail.childbereavement.org.uk/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/gfi/bestbits/
