The first part of this book charts Flappy Lane-Fox's journey from the isolation of grief and loss through to the first renewal of hope, following the death of her son, Harry, in a car accident, aged just 24.
The second part of the book is an anthology of writings on the themes of ‘Grief, Bereavement and Loss' and ‘Hope, Humour and Love'.
