Registrars

Registrars come into contact with bereaved families in times of acute distress. The way these interactions with bereaved families are managed stays with those families. For Registrars, showing empathy and sensitivity while necessarily gathering factual information is a difficult balance. 

The Child Bereavement Charity is able to provide training for Registrars on communication with bereaved families, particularly in circumstances of baby or child death.
