Ways of grieving

There is no right way of grieving. People grieve in may different ways. The most important thing is to understand that your grief is natural and is your way of expressing how you feel when you lose someone important in your life. 

Try at times to be with someone who will listen to your feelings, for as long as you need. Only you know how you are feeling.

For fathers, it can be particularly hard as you may go back to work soon after your baby or child has died. People may forget that it was your child too and may only ask you how your partner is feeling.
