How do I apply for a workshop or course at my workplace?

Can you develop a workshop specifically for my needs?
Yes we have skilled and experienced facilitators that are able to develop
bespoke workshops and courses
Can I have a training session for just a few hours?
Yes we can be flexible on amount of time of the training
Do you offer speakers to present at other organisations' conferences and study days?
Yes to request a speaker please contact the
Training Department

Can you provide a venue for the training?
There are training facilities here at
The Clare Foundation
that you can book
directly with them
What do I need to provide?
Training room (with chairs situated informally in a U-shape)
Powerpoint facilities (including laptop, digital projector and screen, DVD
facilities)
Flipchart and pens
Refreshments throughout the day and lunch at your discretion
Clear directions for the facilitator
What additional expenses are there?
Facilitator travel and possibly accommodation (depending on geographic
location)
Courier for course materials
Do you require a Booking Deposit?
Yes, to confirm a booking a non refundable deposit of up to £150 is
required.
Invoices will be sent with formal confirmation of booking
A purchase order number is required at time of confirmation
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed up to two weeks prior to the training taking
place.
However, you will be liable for any accommodation or travel that has
been paid for in advance by CBC.
Please note: the deposit is
non-refundable
Can I postpone a training session?
Yes, but there are limitations. Please discuss this issue with a member
of the administration team at time of booking
