Training Terms & Conditions

  •   Places will be confirmed by email on receipt of your booking form. Please
      inform us if you have not received confirmation within 3 weeks of submitting
      your booking form
  •   All fees must be paid 3 weeks before the date of the course. Places cannot be
      guaranteed after this date if payment is not received
  •   In the unlikely event that it is necessary to cancel a course, notice will be given
      as soon as possible. Full refunds will be sent to the address on the booking
      form
  •   We will accept cancellation of bookings up to 28 days before the course,
      however a £25 administration fee will be charged. No refund or credit will be
      given for bookings cancelled less than 28 days before the course or for
      non-attendance on the day
  •   Transfer of a booking to a different course/date is acceptable up tp 28 days
      before the course, but will incur a £25 administration charge
  •   If that transfer is then cancelled or if the participant fails to attend, the full
      course fee will remains payable
  •   The Child Bereavement Charity reserves the right to change the venue, but
      alternative venues will be in the local area and appropriate for the purposes of
      training.
