• Resources will be sent out within 28 days of receipt of an order
• We operate a 14 days refund policy. Resources can returned within 14 days for refund (excluding postage and packing) or exchange
• Faulty goods will be exchanged free of charge on receipt of the faulty item at the Child Bereavement Charity office
• Payment is required with order
• All orders received from Hospitals, Schools and other professional organisations require a purchase order number
• There are no VAT charges

Delivery Charges are based on the value of goods ordered:

• Goods valued under £5 = £1.00
• Goods valued between £5 and under £30 = £3.00
• Goods valued between £30 and under £60 = £6.00
• Goods valued over £60 = 10% of the order value
