Print and TV Advertising Awareness Campaign
The objective of the campaign is to raise awareness of the charity and its work, directing people to the website where they will find information and the full range of services the charity provides.
The 'Silence' advertising campaign has been written and produced by award-winning advertising agency BBH who designed the Child Bereavement Charity's new logo in 2007. It was the only charity print advertising to make it into the prestigious Campaign Annual Top 10 press ads for 2009.
The 'Silence' campaign has been made possible through the help of a number of supporters of the charity, all of whom wish to remain anonymous. The idea of 'Silence' has many different meanings in the context of the charity's work; the silence that is left when a child or parent has died. The silence representing the taboo that surrounds death, and how that so often means friends and family are at a loss as to what to do or say. The silence that represents the listening skills used in offering support to the bereaved.
