The Child Bereavement Charity announces the new role of Ambassador as part of its drive to increase access to bereavement services across the UK so that all families have the support they need to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. The first person to be appointed in this voluntary role is successful business woman Sylvia Tidy-Harris.

The Child bereavment Charity had a Team of over 70 Runners in the Brighton, Paris and London Marathons this year. They have raised over £100,000 to continue the work of the Chairty.

Members of the Teesdale and Weardale Search and Mountain Rescue Team aim to relay-cycle from John O’ Groats to Lands End, taking in walking ascents of three nation’s highest peaks - Ben Nevis ( 4409’), Scafell Pike (3209’) and Snowdon (3560’). In 100 Hours.
