Both races are held on a lovely traffic free, mixed terrain course, taking you into the gardens and lakes of West Wycombe Park, as well as the woodland at the rear of the estate. 

5K course
The 5k run is less challenging than the 10k with a c20m climb and one water point.

Awards in both races:  First  3 men: First 3 women.

Additional in 10k:  JM-20/JW-20 and Vets in 10 year categories VM40 - 70+  & VW35 - 65+.

Additional in 5k: Juniors in 2 year age categories JM/JW-14; JM/JW-16; JM/JW-18; JM/JW-20.




Prize giving will be held on the day.
