Postage Charges

• Goods valued £6 and under = £1.25
• Goods valued between £6.01 and £30.00 = £3.50
• Goods valued between £30.01 and £60.00 = £7.50
• Goods valued over £60.01 = 12.5% of the order

Delivery, Refunds and Exchanges

• Resources will be sent out within 28 days of receipt of an order.
• We operate a 14 days refund and exchange policy. Resources must be sent back within 14 days for a refund (excluding postage & packing).
• Faulty goods will be exchanged free of charge on receipt of the faulty item at the Child Bereavement Charity office.

Additional Information

• All orders received from Hospitals, Schools and other professional organizations require a purchase order number.
• No VAT charges.
