Welcome to our Families' Forum, which provides an opportunity for bereaved families to make contact, share experiences and concerns, and to offer support to one another. We invite contributors to the Forum to post with consideration for others. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for guidance. If you would like to talk to someone in confidence about your experiences, you can speak to a member of the CBC Support and Information Team on 01494 568900 between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
If this is your first visit to the website you will need to register to make your own posting and in order to receive responses from other forum members.
Click here to enter the new Families' Forum.
If you are one of our regular contributors, and had access to the forum on the previous website, you will need to re-register to provide us with up to date details. Our primary concern with the previous forum was the privacy and safety of our members and with this in mind we ask that you choose your username and password with care as our user log in area is case sensitive.
For both new registrants on this site, and our previous forum users, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to verify your account by clicking on the link displayed in your email. You will then be asked to log into the website.
You can then click on 'Support' on the top menu bar of the Home page, and you will be taken to the Support area of the site where, along with the forum, we have a wealth of up to date information, which we hope will be of benefit to you.
We hope this is of help to you, please email us if you have any more issues regarding this process.
The Forum is monitored daily to ensure safety and appropriate use. Should the Forum Moderator need to edit an entry because of any breach of our terms and conditions or raise any cause for concern, the appropriate action will be taken on the Forum at the earliest opportunity and the person making the post will be contacted by email during office hours.
CBC strongly recommends that forum users do not put personal contact details either in their user profile or within any posting they make. If users do make such personal contact information available, they do so at their own risk and CBC can take no responsibility for how this information may be used.
Any email enquiries from forum users do not go to the Moderator but are accessed and responded to by the CBC Support and Information Team during office hours.
