Hours: 5 day week Full time (37.5 hrs)
Salary: £17,500 per annum
Role Summary:
The Conference Administrator will provide administrative support for all the charities conferencing and other training events, and have a key role in ensuring that the events are advertised through the Child Bereavement Charity website, other appropriate social media and other organisations websites.
The post holder will be required to handle a wide range of administrative support related tasks and will be able to work independently. This person must have advanced skills in It software including power point, excel, word and publisher, and should also have some working knowledge of database. This person must be exceedingly well organised and be able to meet deadlines. They will enjoy the administrative challenges of working in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, and resourceful. Some travel around the UK will be required in this role.

- Part Time Training Administrator
Reporting to: Conference Co-ordinator and Training Co-ordinator
Hours: 22.5 hrs (days may be flexible to suit right candidate)
Salary: £9,000 per annum
Summary of Role
As part of the training administration team, to provide administrative support to the two team co-ordinators.
The post holder will be required to handle a wide range of administrative support related tasks and will be able to work independently.
The person must have a good working knowledge of all MS office applications, be exceedingly well organised and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. They will enjoy the challenges of working in a busy environment, a team player, but also be able to act on initiative, be proactive and resourceful.
